However, eating the right thing can calm your stomach and have you feeling better in no time. Here are five foods to eat if you’re feeling nauseous. Ginger
Ginger is one of the best foods to eat if you’re not feeling well. Ginger contains a natural anti-inflammatory call Gingerol that can ease any discomfort you may be feeling. Just a small amount of ginger can calm an upset stomach how are you feeling your best in just a few minutes. If you don’t feel like eating pieces of the actual ginger root, you can try low sugar ginger candies or lozenges. If you have access to natural ginger, it may be your best option because it is naturally sugar-free.
Plain Crackers
