Will Preggie Pops help my heartburn?

While we do not market our product for heartburn, if you check our testimonials you will see that some customers are using them for relief. Mint is probably your best bet.
However, our heartburn suggestions include:
- Eat smaller more frequent meals.
- Avoid foods which you KNOW cause heartburn for you.
- Try taking meals and beverages separately to keep from over filling your stomach.
- Try cold or cool foods instead of hot meals.
- If your healthcare provider approves you could try an antacid such as, “Tums”.
- Don’t lay down right after eating.
- Talk to your healthcare provider.
